TYPES OF TICKETS
Ticketless Entry
Some events will not use actual tickets, but instead will use a pre-paid door entry list. Upon purchasing
tickets for these events, you’re name and the number of tickets you've purchased will automatically be
saved and added to the Ticketless Entry list, which will be at the door at the event.
Purchase your tickets online as usual and simply show up at the event. Upon entry you’ll be required to
show your name and valid ID and we’ll match it up to our list. To ensure that no errors have been made,
please keep and bring your ticket purchase receipt (that is emailed to you after your purchase).
For multiple ticket purchases it’s advised that you arrive together at the event with your group of ticket holders.
Regular Ticket Entry
For regular ticketed events, your tickets will be mailed out to you 1-3 days after we receive your order.
Please allow an additional 1-4 business days for shipping.
For last minute tickets (purchased less than 5 business days before the event), we will simply
hold the tickets at the door under your name.
Ticket Sales Policy
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable upon purchase. Ticket refunds may be given in part or in whole if the event is cancelled, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
- All tickets sold on the site incur an additional service charge to cover both the maintenance of the ticketing system as well as shipping and handling (for regular ticketed events).
- All tickets sold on the site are subject to GST.
